History, part II

I wish there was a complete illustrated history of Timor Leste. Here is a great set of panels about Clinton's "bold" initiative in 1994 to refuse to sell (more) small arms to Indonesia because of the atrocities in Timor. This is rather timely considering that the ban was lifted last month.
