Enough of malls and macet, extra-deluxe movie theaters, Dunkin' Donuts and living at the Formule1 hotel - I am coming back to Dili! Despite the problems last Thusday, I received the OK from Washington, and I will hopefully be touching down before the week is out. I am excited to see friends, jump in the water and get back into work.
